SPC Software Upgrade

If you are a user of our Magic Window SPC software, you can upgrade to version 3.4 for SPC and 1.4 for MSA (Gage R&R). We sent out several mailings on this, but people still contact us asking about the latest upgrade. When you upgrade you receive a new license. You old license is still good. You will also receive the QCOST32 Quality Costs software and a copy of Dave Crosby book, The Zero Defects Option. The price of the upgrade package is $99.50.

Who can upgrade?
If you now own any Crosby product, you can upgrade. You don't need to have the SPC software.

What to do:
You must send payment with order, or pay online with www.paypal.com. Send your payment to david@qualitynews.com. To order by mail, send the shipping information and your check for $99.50 to The Crosby Company, Upgrade Clerk, P.O. Box 188, Wedron, IL 60557.
